Ceramic foam insulation
The choice of brick for building insulation exposed to the fire inside or outside depending on the temperature used, as well as features of environmental materials.
A type of refractory bricks with low thermal conductivity, porous structure. Refractory small proportion of foam is about 0.4÷1.6 g/cm3 and porosity is relatively high: 50÷58%, lined in steel heating furnace disruption to 850÷9500C. Therefore, porous ceramic insulation limits heat loss capacity of the environment, reduce energy costs and reduce emissions contributing to the external environment.
Ceramic insulation is a material with high porosity. Ceramic insulation commonly used in most thermal reactors such as steel furnaces, tunnel kilns, pottery kilns, glass furnaces and other iron and cast iron stove in the fireplace in areas where low load and High insulation.
